This is the site of a Toronto lawyer and mediator, Cinnie Noble. Cinnie was among the early starters in this field, and now has a diverse commercial and family dispute resolution and coaching practice. Her site contains excellent descriptions of the process, the role of the lawyer and the role of the mediator.
